Cancelation and Refund Policy: 

 Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. For that reason, we require a valid credit card or gift card to secure your appointment.

To avoid charges, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancelations or rescheduled appointments will result in a charge of $50. 

 

“No-shows” will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled.

While we make every efort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final.

We are a small business and unfortunately cannot ofer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services or service packages.
